"I'm Dr. Allison Capps, but you can call me Ally. I am a pelvic floor physical therapist that is passionate about women receiving the appropriate education and medical treatment that they deserve in regards to pelvic floor dysfunction. My journey started after I became pregnant with my son, where I had so many questions about exercise and pelvic pain, but I received no help or hope. This led to difficulty in my postpartum recovery that could have easily been prevented with pelvic floor and physical therapy interventions. Needless to say that after that, I began searching and educating myself through various platforms, and discovered that I have a true passion for this field! I love helping women resolve their pelvic dysfunctions, and I especially enjoy educating and preparing pregnant women for their postpartum phase, sometimes called, “the 4th Trimester”."
